$1,000,000 million primary GL, $3,000,00 million aggregate CGL & PCO
Up to $10,000,000 million Excess, $10,000,000 Aggregate. (Underlying CGL must be written with ProTek. and qualifying auto/Employers’ liability)
Property TIV up to $3,000,000 per location and 3,500,000 TIV with capabilities above subject to referral.

Enhanced Coverage

Occurrence Based Coverage; ProTek is one of the only occurrence form liability insurance programs available to medical equipment sales and service organizations. Other companies offer claims made insurance that can leave insureds unprotected when claims are made.
No deductible for defense costs and judgments.
Defense outside limits.
- $200,000 sublimit for Property Damage Arising out of your Operations
- The CGL is an enhanced form with a multitude of automatic coverages including blanket additional insured and waiver endorsements, among others.
- For service companies we have added coverage that modifies the standard ISO form’s care, custody, control, and your work exclusions to provide broader protection.
