Zurich North America’s Builders Risk Insurance Program is the nation's leading property insurance solution for construction professionals offered through US Assure. With comprehensive coverage and flexible policy options, the Builders Risk Plan is designed to meet the specific needs of residential and commercial customers during the course of new construction or remodeling and can be customized for projects up to $50,000,000 (subject to underwriting approval). This program requires builders to have at least two years of general contracting experience.

Rate, quote, issue, and manage policies online in just a few minutes
Eligible projects include new construction, remodeling and installation projects
Capacity for projects up to $50,000,000 (subject to underwriting approval).
New residential construction allows up to two years on new construction rate and third year on unsold dwelling,
Larger commercial projects are issued at the desired policy term and remodeling projects may be issued at 6, 9 or 12 months policy terms.

Policy options include single structure, reporting form and blanket (deposit premium)

Coverage Highlights:
