• Property (with enhanced capacity for Flood and Earthquake)
• Inland Marine and Crime
• Guest Property and General Liability
• Liquor Liability and Auto/Garagekeepers Legal Liability
• Professional Liability and Cyber Liability
• Pollution and Employment Practices Liability (EPL)
• Workers’ Compensation and Umbrella Liability (up to $100 million limits)
• Broadened property enhancements and Business Interruption, including Building Ordinance and Extended Indemnity

• Crisis Management Services and Abusive Acts coverage (positive grant or silent)

Minimum premiums vary by account size, location, and exposure profile; consult Zurich underwriters for pricing guidance on specific submissions. The program is available to agents and brokers on an open brokerage basis—binding authority is not required.

Accounts with significant catastrophic exposure, habitual noncompliance, or substantial prior loss activity may require additional underwriting review or placement on a different platform.
