I have an insured with a new venture. They are storing goods/furniture in a warehouse for customers, but they are not self storage units. The customer drops off and picks up the goods in the front office of the warehouse. Eventually they also be offering a pick up and drop off service.

you need a bailee policy. Not east to find because of the ccc issue!
