I have a customer that has purchased 2 deeded lots in an RV development. His intention is to rent the lots and use when not rented to other people and their RVs. The park is requiring proof of coverage for liability and wants to be named AI on the cert. His Homeowner carrier will not extend since there has been improvements to the lot. (i.e. pad, water, electric and sewer hookup.) Any help would be appreciated!
