I can help you.
Your Client will need a DP-3 Homeowners policy as a Landlord.
It would be strongly suggested that your client obtains a Wind Mitigation Report for that structure, as that will bring the Premium down a lot.

We have most all major markets for rentals down south. We are in North Florida and have the ability to place everywhere. Also, you would not have to give up 1/2 the commission to do it.
