An IA Insurance company has a 7 year seasoned, small to mid-size agency for sale. Not only will the new owner maintain current commission rights and all new commissions (10% auto, 20% homes), they will also receive a generous quarterly bonus of 21% of TOTAL WRITTEN PREMIUM of all new business in each quarter (this percentage will decrease over the course of 3 years) - this is to incentivize new business production, easily making their first year revenue $100,000+. The location can be of your choosing. This book has a good retention rate. The households are mainly from The Des Moines and surrounding areas. Industry experience is helpful but not necessary.
