If you can't get a direct contract, you might try AgentSecure or Insurance Noodle.

Hi. I have been an agent for 20 plus years and have a 2 million book of personal and commercial lines and have been unable to get a Travelers rep to get back to me also. Not sure why? Jonathan in Phila suburbs.

I ended up using AgentSecure; however, my experience has been that you will get better servicing for your clients if you have a direct contract with them. The Big "I" has an Eagle Agent program that givbes access top Travelers personal lines.
