I just saw your post. I have a relationship with Hiscox that offers kidnap and ransom/extortion coverages. They also offer great GL and Professional products. I did a few searches for Kidnapping, Extortion and Ransom and did not have very much luck.

The closest search I could find was for International Kidnap and Extortion in Washington. One company, Alexander J. Wayne & Associates, Inc Came up in the results with their storefront Miscellaneous Errors and Omissions Insurance. You can view the storefront Here.
