Hello!

I am looking for a company that can help write a policy for a vacant building that is currently under renovation. Once the renovation is complete my client will be using the building for office purposes. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

builders risk policy for property (both renovation and existing structure) through Philadelphia Insurance or Zurich. Can get GL for building through a number of sources (TAPCO or USG)
