I am looking for a dwelling coverage for a vacant home in Oregon. This home has been vacant for 8 months and is currently being renovated. I am having trouble finding coverage, as most of the companies I have contacted offer only 3 to 6 month policies.
Does anyone know who can help me?

I work with DP Express. They write both builders risk and vacant dwellings. Compete very favorably with both Vacant Express and Zurich. Both programs are written on A+ rated paper. The builders risk is an admitted market. The vacant program my be either admitted or non admitted, depending on location.

Easy to use internet program with good rates.
