I have a prospect that is looking into starting a delivery business for fuel. He has contact with a owner of a chain of convenience stores in three states. It would need commercial auto, cargo and pollution to start. Anyone know of a market for start ups?

Only a few companies do fuel hauling. I have one for KS if you want me to look at. We can work out the commission side.
