Ask Your Peers  Financial services office for cannabis industry (Closed)

Looking for GL (or BOP) + D&O/E&O for start up financial services business for the cannabis industry.
This is a tough placement as we get declines because financial service exposure from markets willing to write cannabis-related accounts or for cannabis for markets willing to look at financial services.
Offices are in SoCal with their customers primarily in Washington with plans to expand to Oregon and, eventually, Colorado.
ANY help, recommendations, suggestions will be much appreciated.

I'm not sure if you've already tried them, but Cannasure Insurance Services might be willing to take a look at it (although I'm not sure about the financial service exposure aspect, but it's worth a shot because they do say that they can provide quotes for ancillary businesses). However I still went ahead and did a search and found a couple of companies that write Financial Services in California. I would go ahead and send the a submission to find out if they can write such risk.
