I have a start up distillery in DC. Liquor liability will be needed for their tasting room. Highly qualified individuals and ideal non-comb property. Having a hard time with the liquor liability.

USLI would be your best bet

Jeffrey, USLI would decline this risk (sorry John, bad advice). However, I have 2 markets that can assist your needs, with my first choice from our parent company NSM Insurance, which just launched a Brewery/Distillery program nationwide. We have 3 Brewery we insure and USLI writes each one of them but I'm in VA so it might be different
