Looking for an alternative market to Philly for a short term auto rental business that is being started by an automobile dealer that I insured. My insured is looking to rent private passenger cars and trucks. He is also looking to rent some commercial type vehicles like 15 passenger vans and commercial box trucks. These types exposures are not eligible with Philly.
