Is anyone aware of a company who can offer coverage for landscaping services such as lawn care or tree care specialists, especially when pesticides or fertilizers are being used?

Yes, NIP has programs for Lawn Care, Landscaper and Tree Service providers including Pesticide Application Contractors and Pesticide, Herbicide and Fertilizer Applicators. Minimum premiums are ~$1,000. Good luck!
