Travelers will insure the Food Truck as an endorsement to a restaurant policy, just not the vehicle.I'm in TN, but I would assume TX is similar.

I took a look at our markets and I was able to find a company that can help you. K&K Insurance Group, Inc. has a Concessionaire, Exhibitor, Vendor Insurance program that can cover food vendors and mobile food trucks. they are an MGA and work with "A" rated carriers.
