Leading retail brokerage firm with a strong history of financial success is seeking a Personal Lines Producer to add to their existing sales team. The appropriate candidate will have a successful track record of generating revenue by producing personal lines products in the Tri-State Region. Strong knowledge and background selling and marketing personal lines products including High Net Worth/VIP accounts. This position requires a strong sense of ethics and integrity, computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. New business sales supported by a strong, well structured and professional servicing team. College degree preferred. P&C License required. Compensation package will be structured depending upon experience level, which would include base/draw including commissions on new and renewal business, full benefits package. Producers with books of business to move strongly considered and compensation plan will be established accordingly. Candidates within the Tri-State Region will be considered.
