I control a relationship that is comprised of 8 newly constructed self storage facilities ($25m TIV) with state of the art security and controlled access measures. The schedule is growing to roughly 40 newly built facilities within the upcoming 24 months. States are MO, MT, TX (with some Houston metro), CO, CA, NC and FL. Ideally looking for a program type to write a Package for the entire schedule, recognizing some risk locations are in cat exposed areas.
