I have a client that is rated for trucking and we're having the hardest time finding WC carrier for them. They're currently with a PEO which is costing them an arm & a leg. Second, the PEO will not provide them any information about the coverage, i.e., rates, etc without threatening to cancel their contract and leave them without WC coverage.

Hi Tracey - tough market - I use PNC - easy to sign up with and they have access to most of the carriers that provide WC to trucking/contracting etc - Good luck... (Tell Phil I told you to call him directly - he is a good man)

Hi Tracey, tough class especially when coming off a PEO. I have a couple carriers that will write trucking however it really depends on additional underwriting information. i.e. loss runs, distance traveled materials being shipped etc. You may contact me directly at [email protected] to further discuss your clients situation.
