I have a client who is looking for Cyber Liability for their small mom & pop business. They have just updated their POS and would like to make sure their covered for any type of eCommerce data breach.

Ask the BOP carrier if they quote as endorsement. I know Utica is offering quotes to my clients

Did you try asking the company insuring what I assume is their BOP policy? ISO has approved adding coverage: http://www.insurancejournal.com/news/national/2015/03/04/359274.htm

Otherwise, try Hiscox (online I believe), Philadelphia, Travelers.
