Hi James …….yes we can write startup Staffing and most distressed risks in our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or Employer Of Record (EOR) WC programs ….
both PEO/EOR require to be the employer of record…..and are "A" rated, in all states, and can cover most codes. We also have an Admin. Service Org. (ASO) program for risks with 200k or more in premium which does not require employer of record, the risk can retain the payroll function. Please go to:
