Ask Your Peers 5 Residential Rental Properties on a BOP (Closed)

Are there any standard markets that will write up to 5 residential rental properties on a BOP? Our go to carrier seems to have stopped writing these. They aren't seasonal or weekly and are currently updated and occupied. Does anyone have a go to standard market for this? Some have suggested Foremost, but I think they will only write individual policies.

State auto and Berkshire do most of mine. Depends on the state. If you don't have them try USG you can bind them yourself.

I have access to State Auto and Travelers. Would the Travelers be a special program? The properties are in Maryland.

I don't know about the other guy but we write in MD and it's not a special program. I usually go with Berkahire because they have equipment breakdown for rentals and they will not cancel it if it becomes vacant.
