I am looking for a program that will provide assistance with multiple steps in the quoting process. I used to have one at a company I worked for in 2008 that was perfect. You open a new account, type the customers information into the file. The click a few buttons and it prefills Acords and emails them to underwriters (that you default selected for different policies i.e., GL, Auto, Work Comp). Then it monitors the account.. reminds you if it's been 2 days since you've "touched" it.... (keeps you from forgetting to follow up).. then when you get a quote.. you type in the figures and it makes a nice proposal to email to your customer. The company that made this program was SalesForce I believe but I haven't had much luck getting anyone there to help me figure out what it was. Does anyone know of a program like this??
