I have a condo 2.2M in property that has a renewal from Foremost at 100% increase at a .40 rate. It is loss free. Any suggestions on who wants this type of account any longer?

I have 3 or 4 markets that would be willing to take a look at. this account and I am positive that 2 of them can beat Foremost. Call me or email the information to me. I know Foremost has been trying to get off of the student housing market due to a shift in thinking with some of the underwriters.
