Ask Your Peers  Who thinks of a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) as an adversary? How about an ally?

I would sincerely appreciate your input based upon your experience with PEOs. If you have never formed an alliance with a PEO, why not?

If you have utilized a PEO for your client(s), how was this experience? How did your client like this relationship?

Let's explore the opportunities; the good, the bad and the ugly.

Thanks for reviewing.

HI Steve,

I have used a PEO a few times only for certain cases. It is truely a love or hate relationship. I beleve a client that wants to just focus on the growth of the business and not the HR , Payroll etc then it may be wise. Or a higher X-mod. But again make sure you look into the PEO and the reviews of the PEO. One i had a tough time collecting commissions. (Tri net is pretty good for the white collar).

Again, I dont have the most expirence with a PEO but it is definitely a cases by case basis and have the PEO rep explain from the beginning to end on set up , sales process.

Thank You,

Corey

Thanks for your input Corey. One has to be very careful in selecting the "right" fit PEO for each individual client as the PEO service models vary 360 from one PEO to the next. We have been in this space for over 20 years, after I retired from Zurich. We represent over 100 "select" PEOs so we are glad to assist if the situation(s) come up. Thanks again.
