I did find a few companies that may be able to help you, by using our Findit! tool. I searched for Pharmaceuticals in New York and got a return of 3 potential companies. See the results by clicking here!

Otherwise it looks like your best bet would be Atlantic Risk Specialists, Inc. and their National Pharmacy Insurance Program. You can visit their storefront directly by clicking here!

If you can quote with Hartford or Travelers you would be able to get the umbrella through them. Professional you are going to have to go to separately. Do you have access to Pharmacy Mutual?

The current umbrella renewal is going to exclude Professional, The reason we are shopping is to include Professional .

Maybe you can access the Primary GL and Professional through Aon HPSO, I know the Umbrella goes over the Professional but you will have to place the underlying with them. Let me know. Thanks, JT

LIG offers up to $4m limits only but they offer professional. Perhaps you can try them and get the additional $1m from somewhere else.
I know Hanover does pharmacies too. Their rates a little steep. They offer at least $4m and have professional liab--but not sure about $5m limits. Check with a wholesaler.

Sandra did you have any luck with this risk? I'm having similar situation...one of my insured is with LIG with 1m/2m limits but LIG isn't offering 2/4 anymore. I need excess carrier...thanks

We Couldn't find any market with reasonable rates for stand alone umbrella, We ended up binding 5 million LIG Umbrella. Premium was much more than expiring umbrella but that was our best option. (Expiring was 3K range including building, rewrite was $1300 range for building and $3500 range for pharmacy

Erie Insurance is supposedly very well priced on the whole Pharmacy program but i had no access to them.
