I am approaching a few of the liquor distilling operations that are popping up. This artisanal crafting is gaining popularity. I know some of the major admitted carriers are writing breweries and wineries. Is there any difference in writing liquor distilling? I would imagine it to be a little more flammable, but otherwise, a pretty similar risk. Anyone have experience on placing these risks?

Do not have experience placing one but do know of one that blew up in Newark, AR. about 3 years ago. Not sure if they continued in business but you might try contacting them to see who insures or insured them. I could not find a number for them when I googled "Uncle Ed's Arkansas Moonshine".
