I have a prospect who has a 6 bedroom/5 bath farmhouse that is rented out nightly. It is typically used for executive team building exercises or when there is a gathering like a wedding. 18 people or family members can elect to stay here as opposed to getting several hotel rooms. There isn't a commercial kitchen or maid service. Meals are not provided and the cleaning is done after checkout. Who would be a good market for this? Similar to a bed and breakfast I would think.
