In Texas, need wc for 30 yr. old business. Never had WC before. TX Mutual rated it - $12,000+. Are there any companies that will look at this? Small company with 3-4 employees. $140K in payroll excluding officers.
They rent out, service, and deliver porta potties. They also clean out septics and grease traps.

It will be difficult to find another company that will quote this for WC based on the length of time without coverage and inability to provide loss history. Texas Mutual may be your only option from a WC standpoint. However since the State of Texas does not require WC, you might find an Occupational Accident policy that is a better fit for their budget.
