I have a risk that is a home and auto store. Insured has a store that he sells appliances and furniture in front half of building and back of building he sales auto parts and tires. He has a separate building for the installation of tires and minor maintenance, brakes, oil changes, etc. he also repairs lawn mower. Need a market that would write the liability for both home store and auto parts store with tires.

Jeneva, have you approached your standard market carriers? Unless his loss experience is bad, housekeeping is not good, or this is a new venture, I don't see why a standard carrier wouldn't quote this for you.

Then I would go to All Risks, Ltd and/or Southern Cross. Good luck.
