I've run over 2,500 sales meetings.  Most of the time I'd show up and they'd show up.  They know the game…. "who has an account you want to work on?"  If they keep their head low and don't volunteer they won't suffer a learning experience.
 
So, I wanted a prospect management system that would within 5 seconds help me find out everything in their pipeline… good, bad or indifferent.
