I insure a couple of drug testing facilities in Texas, and have had them since 2010. I use Burn & Wilcox for the Professional Liability. In fact, they have a GL-PL policy. The app is very easy to complete. I have the GL, Property, & Workers Comp packaged with The Hartford. I don't know if the appetites are the same, if it's like mine and they only collect the specimen, it should be rather straight forward.
