National Indemnity(NICO) is a solid option for the auto liability, for the cargo I would suggest Markel or Westchester as they tend to have better rates than NICO. As for the GL USLI offers inexpensive coverage. You could also check with Progressive but they tend to be a bit higher. If you don't have access to NICO contact Pacific Gateway Insurance Group for an appointment.

We have also been looking for a good market for auto transports that operate here in the Midwest. They are currently with Acuity and we have not been able to touch them, so Acuity may be a good market for you to pursue
