I am a NJ agent with a commercial lines client who owns a four-family dwelling in Florida, rented to others. My standard carriers won't go near this due to both class code and FL location. Any ideas?

I wrote a LRO in Florida with Burns & Wilcox. www.burnsandwilcox.com. I go through the Nashville office, but they have an office in Tampa.

This was a bit of a tough one! I found one agency that offers a Multi-Family dwellings program but I have also included a link to a company that deals in LRO.
