Hi, I have an insured who owns a building and leases to a restaurant and retail flooring store. A fire started in the restaurant which caused significant damage to the building. The building is now vacant and the rebuild will start within 60 days. I've had the building covered with Farmers Ins but the policy is being non-renewed 03/25/17. I've got a builders risk quote but need premise liability. Anyone know of a company that will write. Thank you. Dena Allen

I'm happy to let you know that I searched around for market that can help you with this risk and found a company called MAXIMUM that has a program for this.

They work with "A" rated carriers which most of them are the competitive E&S and Standard markets and only have a 10% commission rate. I would suggest sending them an email so they can begin working with you on this.
