Have you tried Hiscox? This should be relatively simple to place a residential property manager. As for the workers they will need their own GL policy in place along with naming the property manager as an A/I. Mcgowan has an E&O program for property managers and you may also want to check with USLI, Hartford, and your E&S markets such as RPS or Atlas General.
