I am having extreme difficulty finding a market for a Renovation/Builders risk for a Greenhouse in upper New York State.
Value of the greenhouse now is roughly $250,000. My client is adding approx $1.5M. I have received declinations from Lloyds and others.

I would appreciate any help on which markets to approach.

Try US Assure https://usassure.com/. I get most of my Builders Risks from them unless the project is too large for their appetite.

I put the attached summary together last year for Nebraska accounts. US Assure is one of the best markets for a challenge and they use Zurich paper.
