I am trying to find a company that can help with a new client I have. He does guided day fishing trips, as well as whale watching trips. He has 3 boats that they use, and wants to make sure that boat towing is included in case there is an emergency.

The towing coverage is usually included or endorsed on the physical damage ( hull coverage ) for the boat . Not on the GL portion for the trips

I did some searching and found out that Maritime Program Group has a policy that will help you. I took a look at their Charter Boat Program and they specifically deal with Fishing and Whale Watching boats.
