I have a client who is renovating an old church front 1 story church built 1909 and back Parsonage (living quarters and classrooms is 2 story and added on in 1959. My client is living in the newer section while renovations of inside and outside beautification continue which will run about $30,000 to $35,000 to finish. Is there a market for the property while the final renovations are done over next 3 to 6 months?

Hi Mike,

This should fit right in with US Assure (Zurich), maybe USLI, AU Gold, Markel, or Vacant Express. I'd check with US Assure first as there product is solid, a bit more pricey but well worth the dollars.

I would also look at Distinguished Programs. www.distinguised.com The program is very similiar to US Assure but tends to price better.
