Ask Your Peers  Time Management "Am I too plugged in?" (Closed)

I am getting overwhelmed by the amount of time I spend updating my social media accounts. I have CompleteMarkets profile, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Personal Website, and email. I wanted to know from other agents how much time in a typical day you spend updating your social media accounts and where you have found the most effective results? I personally spend about 2 -3 hours a day either reading posts, updating profiles, or searching websites for prospects. Production time is vital to success. Does anyone here outsource or delegate these tasks? Thank you.
