Anyone aware of a standard market who writes power washing operations? They are going to be doing building maintenance, but 90% will be power washing doing kitchen equipment, sidewalks, and building exteriors? No sandblasting or going above 2 stories. If not standard, E&S?

I write mine with Allrisk quick commercial quote. Pretty good price usually around $700-$800. Allied also has a program for that but is a little difficult to write with.

Thank you, I have access to Allrisk. Do they have a power washing class in the quick commercial quote or does it kick out to underwriting?

They have 5 companies that will give you a quote. Most ofy customers do 100% residential and they take it. Worth a shot.

On my standard side I use Harford Mutual. I can get you a quote from them if you want me to.
