Ask Your Peers  Charter Bus 

Been prospecting this client for some time now.  

The prospect is a charter bus company that travels from USA to Mexico, this risk is a little more complex due to the fact that the drivers have Mexican drivers license instead of US Drivers License.   The Department of Transportation requires them to have a $5mm coverage.  The currently have a main coverage, and 2 excess liability policies.    The main risk will be self insured by establishing a captive insurance company.  They will like to retained the 2 excess liability coverage.

My first question is can the excess liability polcies be on top of a captive insurance owned by the owner, and two which cariier can I partner with to revisit the coverage if needed?
