Ask Your Peers Personal Umbrella with an open claim that includes a fatality

Having tried all the main stream surplus carriers we are at a loss to find someone who will take this personal umbrella risk
</br>because of the open claim with a youthful driver. We can't even find a market to write by excluding the youth.
</br>Any suggestions outside the box?

Thank you for using CompleteMarkets. I would recommend reaching out to Maximum. They have a High Risk Personal Umbrella market that is designed for risks like yours (beyond standard markets). I didn't see fatality listed but they do support a lot of higher risks (open claims over $50K, 5 at fault accidents in the last 3 years, etc.) Click Here to reach out to them directly about your insured to see if they can help.
