Ask Your Peers H04 WITH ADDITIONAL INSURED??

hello fellow insurance peers I am being requested for an H 04 in Florida and the Condo Association requires tenants to list them as additional insured... I haven't found any market willing to add the Condo Association as AI to an H 04 ?? any ideas please

We just issue a Certificate of Insurance. In theory, they need to see evidence of insurance. They don't own the unit itself.
