The TULIP program offers facilities or venues a convenient way for their special event tenants to obtain general liability coverage when required by the facility.
The website offers a quick and simple option for venues, such as stadiums, arenas, convention centers, religious institutions, performing arts centers and schools that frequently rent their facility to third parties. It also provides peace of mind to the facility that proper liability coverage is in place.
Limits offered are either a $1 million or $2 million per occurrence with a $5 million aggregate. Limits apply separately to each enrolled tenant user, unlike other TULIP programs in the market where limits are shared by all tenants purchasing coverage under a master policy.
