Isn't this position fairly generic within our industry? Sure, here's a simple answer: Maybe, but probably not. Not to appear facetious but, no, there isn't ... a simple answer. Each situation is unique and a CSR' can actually have duties that go far beyond those of a typical CSR and move them into the exempt' area. In most cases, CSRs fit the nonexempt' status.
