The IIABA Virtual Faculty discuss a movement toward job titles more reflective of the responsibility and critical role that "CSRs" take. &# 160 Since many of our Agency Management Faculty do in-agency consulting, we polled them for what they're seeing and got these responses: FACULTY RESPONSE Last year when we did a compensation review for 30 of our top clients, the position was very often called an "account executive" or "account manager" rather than an account representative or CSR. This reflected the higher level of service and contact that this position usually provided.
