I recently read an article in Rough Notes discussing the pro’s and con’s but wondered if any of the agents here have any experience with it? Hi, I have an insured who owns a building and leases to a restaurant and retail flooring store. A fire started in the restaurant which caused significant damage to the building. The building is now vacant and the rebuild will start within 60 days. I've had the building covered with Farmers Ins but the policy is being non-renewed 03/25/17. I've got a builders risk quote but need premise liability. Anyone know of a company that will write. Thank you. Dena Allen
