I need a general liability market for an electrical contractor that specializes in newly constructed buildings. They have been in business for only five years and are looking to potentially bring in their BOP and umbrella into a bundle with one carrier as their current carrier will no longer write umbrella. Topic - Artisan Contractor who subcontracts 60% of the work.

I have a 1 man home improvement contractor who will be doing framing, drywall, doors, windows, and siding. He did not indicate any roofs. He always subcontracts out the HVAC, plumbing, and electric. He confirmed that the subcontracting equates to about 60% of the work. I know I can go to the surplus market, but are there any standard markets that would write this? I have a few good artisan programs, but they cap out at 30-40% subcontracting.
